It was a good thing I went to church today. Helped Troop 602 set up their popcorn table and hang up the banner that the council gave us. Good opportunity to reinforce the importance of why two half hitches are a good secure knot to tie. Thank you to everyone at Irvine United Congregational Church who bought popcorn to support our Scouts. The good news is theyll be back at church for the next few weeks with more bags of carmel corn and boxes of microwaved popcorn to sell. All proceeds from the popcorn sales help to pay for our troops outings and summer camp at Mataguay Scout Ranch
