It was one year ago, today, that Capt. Victoria Pinckney and two other airmen were killed when their military plane crashed in Kyrgyzstan. All three were stationed at Fairchild Airforce Base here in Spokane. Victoria (Tory) and her husband, Richard, and baby Gabriel were members of St. Peters Parish, Spokane. Victorias body is laid to rest at Queen of Peace Cemetery, located at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center. We often visit Torys grave, remembering her mothers request, Tell Tory that Mom says Hi! Our thoughts and prayers are with you always!
