It was tested and quantified in 1989 as a means of transferring energy to any part of the globe. The technology existed then and exists now and yet no one has been allowed to build and apply Teslas findings and technology, to provide the world with cheap limitless energy? The outpouring of creative works is a familiar happening to most serious inventors ie as time is spent on refining projects and data accumulates it becomes easier to combine various disparate bits of information into many new works and the volume of inventions becomes a deluge. The Serbs should go ahead and build as many of Teslas works as possible and lead the way with new ways of providing the World with very cheap energy, and the world will follow!
