It was touted as One of the most beautiful lakes in the world, so when I looked on Craigslist for shits and giggles and found a place overlooking Lake Atitlan, Guatemala surrounded by three volcanoes, I just had to look into it. Ive moved - and now live in San Antonio Palopo. 2 bedrooms, 3 patios, fireplace with this view. We took a tuk-tuk into Panajachel today to buy food. This place is magical - and its only day 1! The trip out of Mexico was trippy, so was the 36 hour bus(ses) ride. Adios México, Bienvenidos Guatemala!!!
