It would appear the title of Creative Director means you offer great advice and encouragement to persevere with your hair and not just cut it all off as well as the ability to charge double the price of a stylist. It would also appear when the client says side sweeping fringe you can interpret that as cut it too short, in a straight line but forget they told you about the coos lick so now its squint!!!!
