It would be nice if the people who produce these renditions of the national anthem would read the Flag Code. The Code states that the flag is never to be displayed in a horizontal position, only UPRIGHT and ALLOWED TO FLY FREELY. The only time it is to be displayed horizonality is when it is placed on the coffin of a deceased VETERAN.
