Despite its juvenile disarray, the Peoples Democratic Party, will retain the presidency in 2015, with Goodluck Jonathan remaining president. This will probably happen not because of rigging, as Alhaji Lai Mohammed, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has alleged. The PDP will win because at the eleventh hour, if not earlier, the feuding factions will scramble to make peace. The New PDP will realise that between the ‘old’ PDP and the APC, they have little chance of attaining the presidency.
