Italian Chaat Ingredients; For Dough; All purpose flour- 1 cup Parmesan cheese- 4 to 5 tbsp Bertolli Extra virgin olive oil- 4 to 5 tbsp Water- as required For Dressing; Tamarind chutney- 2 tbsp Bertolli Extra virgin olive oil- 3 tbsp Lemon rind- 1 tbsp Lemon juice- 2 tbsp For Chaat; Sweet potato, boiled, sliced- 1 no Tomato, seedless, julienne- 1 medium Coriander leaves, chopped- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated- 1 tsp Bertolli Extra virgin olive oil- 6 to 7 tbsp Salt- to taste For Plating; Spinach leaves Fried spaghetti pasta For Serving Tamarind chutney For Garnish; Coriander leaves Black pepper powder Method; 1>In bowl, add all purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil and water to prepare dough. 2>Now, take a small ball of dough and roll it and also cut in round shape. Deep fry in oil and keep aside. 3>Then in bowl add all dressing ingredients and prepare dressing. 4>Now in another bowl add sliced sweet potatoes, tomato julienne, coriander leaves, Parmesan cheese, red chili powder, olive oil and salt to prepare chaat. 5>On serving plate, put tamarind chutney followed by prepared papdi, chaat, fried spinach leaves, fried spaghetti paste and repeat this procedure again and top it up with the prepared papdi.
