Itamar 27 years old Tomorrow 16-1-2015 our son itamar would have been 27 or maybe I can say that 27 years ago Jeannet my wife gave birth. So it is tomorrow not so much about his birthday but more memorial for his death. We invited family and friends to come over. some have the faith some not. I am happy to be able to use this day to show people that even that we are still grieving about itamar death we have an hope. This hope through Christ our Lord is something that many find it hard to understand.so hear we are using this day of the birth of our son to remind people that there is life after death through our Lord Jesus Christ. I say it because I fully believe it but I am also fully aware that in our family or friends here in Holland some are with out hope. 1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: 3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. 5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. 6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: 2 Cor 5:1-6
