Its Time to share a #Tip with my #Lovely #Friends.. I mostly saw that many guys are facing the problem that they got stuck at the same #weight for the exercises like #Bench Press, #shoulder press, etc.. So, Lets try out and change your routine for 2-3 weeks with #supersets.. For example : suppose your maximum bench press is 80 kg 8-10 reps.. Than u try out these super set { 80 kg - 5 reps , 65 kg - 7 reps , 50kg - 8/10 reps } * 4 sets In this way u can increase your #strength guys.. Must #try.. It would never #fail keep yoursel #stronger and keep #Pumping.. (Adjust the #weight as per your power) Have a Nice #evening to everyone #Positive #Vibes only
