Its a beautiful thing...life! Own yours! Respect others! Meanwhile, the straw was a cute concept. Not intentionally but it happened to coordinate with what I dressed my mom in this am after shower. She said her smoothie was so good and out went the straw! Organic dee-lite! Cuz groove is in the glass! Then the ❤️ Kale, dark sweet frozen cherries because we know how sweet that dark juice is 😜, frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, frozen blueberries, just a little of each is all both mom and I need! The power adds up fast! A couple bananas I usually freeze but was too lazy to peel and seal, Moringa powder, 6 raw Brasil nuts, handful of raw pumpkin seeds, 2 Tbs ground flax seeds, 2 Tbs chia seeds, a generous shot of liquid mint chlorophyll to add to the depletion of the kale power from its being rooted to my glass, cayenne powder, cinnamon powder, and in moms glass I always add an opened capsule of B-complex and one capsule of holy basil. Maybe 3-4 cups of water infused with a shungite mineral rock! We are LivingOnVeganEnergy!🌱™2014
