Its a brief warm up with temps climbing to the upper 30s tonight. Skies will clear some for tonight and fade to the upper teens again. While I dont think much of it right now. Im keeping an eye on a developing coastal storm for Friday. It looks like a near miss with the possibility of scattered showers (Rain not snow) for the coast. (Likely looking at some decent size surf Friday, cleaning up real nice for a dawn patrol session Saturday morning.) The temps are going to briefly warm-up this week, 40s, and moving forward into the weekend some locations in NJ could reach 50 by Saturday! We arent fully done with the cold just yet. The temperature outlook for the middle of March is suggesting that in the time frame from March 12-18th the thermometer will once again be underachieving BUT on the bright side, thru the rest of the month we will gain about 1hr 8min more of daylight! The first day of Spring officially arrives March 20th at 12:57pm as of this post thats only 14 day: 8hr: 36 min but whos counting ;)
