Its a sad day here in our 3Way Cafe restaurant family. The mother of our godsend GM, Kat and rock star front of the house chap, Chris has passed away after a year long battle with Leukemia. Kat has been so strong through the whole process, by her Moms side until the very end, always trying to stay optimistic. In the rare moments over the last year, when she wasnt at the hospital, she was unselfishly giving her time to us, here at the restaurant, ensuring that things didnt fall apart in her absence. She is the glue for us, and her family, and I ask for your prayers (or whatever you vibe to) for her and her family. Many of you know - this hits close to home for me, as my mother passed away from this dreaded disease as well, some time back. Too many beautiful angels leave this earth too soon, but man, do they show us how to love while they are here. Go hug someone you love, and tell them how much they mean to you before they are gone, and when they are, live asto make them proud, knowing they are smiling down on you from somewhere. Love you like a sister Kat.
