Its a shame when its tempting to start cooking what other people want to eat, well some people will want that but the vast majority come here to try something different. WRONG! British people come to my BAR expecting FOOD all the time when in Portugal Bars are supposed to serve drinks, thats why we have Snack Bars, which are different, unlike the UK where you can have a meal at the pub! Whats more, they dont ask for Portuguese food, only a minority do! Most of them ask where can they have some nice fish and chips! Get your facts straight! I still love all my clients, but i want things said as they are, not as you wish they were...
