Its all about creating activity throughout the day. The Daily Challenge for Wednesday, January 6 is 100 reps of Mountain Climbers. Check out the How-to video below. Use whatever count scheme you want. You do not have to be on the floor. You can have your hands on the edge of a table or the seat of a chair, the legs will do the same action. Spread your repetitions throughout the day. You see, our bodies were not meant to be seated for hours at a time during the day.
