Its almost the end of a day. Somewhat busy day---- Captain Steve dropped in this morning for a few minutes before he and Edna went over to see her mother. After his visit with her he, I and Edna had tomato soup for lunch. He is a good Corps Officer and in many ways our theological views are similar. Then when Edna headed off to Bowling I met John Sawatsky and we went for our afternoon walk. After that I watched some golf and fell asleep in my char until Edna and Edward and Chantelle get here. We went over plans for the shower and the wedding---tentative dates so Edna can book the Seniors clubrooms on the roof for the shower and the reception/party after the wedding. Looking to Sunday June 8 for the shower and Saturday June 14 for the wedding . Busy couple of months . Son in law dropped in and hooked up WIFI Network for us so grandkids, kids etc can get on WIFI connections when they are here. Supper with Ed and Chantelle and then Edna left for Songsters with Adam. Just before nine Angela and Christian showed up to drop Christian off for the night since there is no school tomorrow--of course they stopped and picked up Edward and Chantelle and they showed up with them. Now Christian is watching the Jets game and I am going to join him doing that. A full day--should be able to sleep well tonight.
