Its always nice to get a note like this one, from a Cincinnati-area resident: I just wanted to make a comment about your service. I have been in customer service all my life and I am pretty sure you never get compliments, so here is one. I came out this morning, opened my garage, popped up a lawn chair and sat enjoying the nice morning and having a cup of coffee. Well, your Rumpke trash men pulled up. The young guy, took the garbage can at the end of the drive, emptied it, and wheeled it up to where I was sitting and said “have a great day”. I was shocked! That was the best thing that has happened in a long time to me, and it really made me feel good. I know that sounds corny, but what a guy to do that little thing while I was sitting there. I don’t know his name, but please promise you will let him know that it was really a good deed and world class customer service. It was a small gesture, but really nice. Thanks again for the best start to a day I could ask for!
