Its been about a month since I started changing my eating habits and trying to lose some weight but had not done any type of exercise well now that I got a jump start its time to get to it so I woke up early and went for a 30 min WALK so now time to incorporate cardiovascular to my lifestyle change 8 lb down 10 more to go.....actually inches and bmi toning is what Im focusing on....have A BLESSED DAY......
