Its been one of those days & the last thing I wanted to do after work was sit on the couch & eat a bag of chocolate chips.... But thanks to my challenge groups holding me accountable, I got in my workout! Thank goodness it was only 25 minutes! ... So here are some slow mo high knees & tuck jumps for you. On those days you just arent feeling it... Get up and move! Exercise is an amazing stress reliever! If you want some accountability and motivation message me about my upcoming challenges! ...
