Its been one year since my major abdominal surgery and I am still amazed not only that Ingot to the startling but also the finish at Ironman LP. Lots of people to thank who supported me through my surgery and rehab...not only physically, but helping me through my doubts and fears when I had complications and setbacks. First my Moxie Fitness peeps- thank you all there are too many to mention but you know who you all are! Special thanks to Patty ,Linda & Suzy my wonderful early risers! To our team, lots of love! My long distance & FB friends, especially Yma and Dixie who drove to Kansas and supported us, love you ladies. Liz Pfeiffer Keller who helped me make an educated decision on my surgery and who went on part of our journey down that yellow brick road to Kansas! She also has become a wonderful friend. Sarah Rachelle whos constant POSITIVE FORCE, friendship and medical care got me to the line. She ( Remedy LLC Milwaukee) is the person to get well and stay healthy. To my RACC peeps who always make me feel like AN ATHLETE- Clint , Corey , Jenny , Cole , Nikki , Bradly , Matthew Mooney, Samantha , Deborah , Andrew & Craig (sorry if I forgot anyone!). To the ladies that showed me the path to triathlon: Lauren , Sally & Maggie XXOO. Finally a special thanks to my training partners and family. Cindy , Dave and my hubby Keith for the seemingly endless suffering 😜 in the studio. Cj our winter bundled long runs early swims and everything else. Much love & thanks! 😘
