Its been such an amazing season for our Farm Table cooking classes. Weve hosted hundreds of people down on the farm for these classes which promote local and sustainable food taught by some of the regions best chefs! Our first class this year was taught by executive chef Thomas Yager of Taste Unlimited and quite fittingly (after 20+ classes this year) he hosted the last class of the season last night where he taught some super dishes for a cold Fall evening! Stay tuned for updates on next years classes as well as our Farm Table 2014 cookbook featuring all local and seasonal recipes from all of the chefs who taught classes this year! A HUGE thanks to all of the sponsors / chefs / restaurants / local farms, producers and businesses involved with this years program!
