Its crazy to think how one little action can change the way someone can feel. Suicide is a big problem. You dont know how much just one person who cares can change the life of another person. I know when I had self harmed and almost committed suicide one persons actions towards me changed my mind about life. I always felt as though no body liked me just because one person did something to hurt my feelings, I had no real friends to go to, no one to talk to. Then finally in 8th grade I met a girl who made me laugh and smile. We became best friends and to this day she is one big reason I am still here. If you ever see someone upset or sitting at a lunch table alone. Take the time to change their lives. Sit by them, talk to them, make them feel good about themselves. Because your actions can change a life.
