Its football Sunday! That doesnt mean you and your family have to eat junk food! Here are some quick recipes that can be a great replacement for chips and subs. Sandwich: Organic turkey burger, organic avocado, organic raw milk cheddar cheese, on a toasted organic whole grain ciabatta. This is a great replacement for the typical sub, which usually contains high amounts of sugar, preservatives, and chemical ingredients found in the cold cuts/condiments/bread. The French fries and dip are super easy to make and are a great finger food. Simply cut the potatoes in French fry form, place in cooking tray and coat with coconut oil, garlic and sea salt. Bake in oven at 450 until fries are at desired consistency. The avocado dip: while the fries are cooking, roast your garlic clove by slicing the top off and placing clove in oven to roast with fries. When the garlic is done, remove from oven and blend with 2 avocados, 2 capfuls of apple cider vinegar and sea salt.
