Its great to come out the other end as been feeling like Ive been sitting in a fog for too long, and just love, thanks to the amazing support of certain friends and amazing earth angels as I call them, my Osteo Basil, Margie Cerato and Frank Parisi and my sister Rosa Zannoni and definitely Michael Anderson who has helped me work out the metaphor to what Ive been doing. Ive worked really hard and still will as its a process or a journey .... but ive been sifting through the crap in the trailer. Not placing it in another trailer as still there.....but working through it so it doesnt keep coming up as the same story. Finally see the light, can see the physical change in my body, even the weight loss,building of strength, getting back in the car driving ......which is huge and the most stubborn is the change in the mindset. If anything will make me a better person. Be able to support those around me better not just personally but professionally. When you finally change your story that youve had on repeat as easier or familiar, to a higher frequency and with much more energy, positive thought and action and you have the support.....wow!!! Anything can be achieved. Never alone! There is always someone that will help. Just need to ask. And Im here too. xxx so blessed
