After thinking about it, I decided that if Im going to be an anonymous donor, it would probably be best to do it closer to home. Ive been in contact with the Mayo Clinic here in Jacksonville, and have a call scheduled with the donor coordinator on Monday to hopefully get my testing scheduled. Ive decided to keep a blog to keep all of my family & friends updated on my journey, and I thought Id share it with you too. I also wanted to thank you & your family for inspiring me to do this. It was something I had thought about before, but hearing your story really made realize how much I wanted to do this.
