Its here! There is a lot of pressure on these few days of the year. We should be gleeful, full of love, full of family and connection. But this year, maybe more than most, with Pluto conjuncting the Sun, it is OK if you dont feel the way it looks like you should or you are supposed to! Naturally, far before man made holidays, this has ALWAYs been the time of year to get deep within ourselves to reflect. Because of this, it is a natural time of year which can so often remind us of what we dont have, what were missing, whom were missing. And that is OK! It is dark out! It is ok to feel dark! For each of you feeling sad, ever so slightly or greatly this year, this holiday season, this one is for you. You are great, you are perfect exactly as you are.
