Its important to me that I supply drills/workouts to my girls that they can do on their own, by themselves. This circuit can be done a number of ways! Get creative! Bottom line, no one needs to throw a ball & it can be done in a catchers bedroom while no one is watching! This circuit was the beginning of our Jen Schro workouts the last couple of days: 2 rounds. 1st round (30 secs) focus is QUALITY. 2nd round (20 secs) focus is SPEED. Circuit Ingredients: -blocking -transfers -framing -mountain climbers Athletes switch to next station after allotted time and immediately begin next drill.
