Its really extremely difficult for me these days to have even few minutes to do anything apart from 0s & 1s Solutions but I have stolen time to get this written as a motivation for the new Ameer, Ameerah and the new Executive team of MSSN LAUTECH. LAUTECH, is actually one of the most prestigious schools in sub-Saharan Africa and Allah Himself has blessed the institution with a wonderful Muslim Student Ummah (Believe me, I mean this) . First the gentle man was just an acquaintance who loved to seek knowledge around and then he came closer to be in my team. He was not just an active member of the Publicity and Mobilization Committee (PMC) of the MSSN but also a game changer and a diligent secretary to me then. Abdulshaakir Adigun had a voyage of Leadership Training while working as a volunteer for the Ummah. His little impacts were so felt that he was made Alukoro after my handing-over as PRO. Then I wondered how the rocket of good attitude had taken him so high into space. Now he has to wear the BIG Lawani, seat on the HOT Seat and answer the NUMEROUS CALLS for the LAUTECH UNDERGRADUATE MUSLIM UMMAH. I pray Allah support you and your team. Sometimes the success of an Ameer can easily be calibrated by the quality of the Ameerah (Sister Coordinator). If this be catalyzing enough, then I would say you have one of the most formidable sisters I have come across. Maryam Ogunyemi has always had her head up high since she became an undergraduate. Her thought process is superb and her modus operandi always fascinating. I never knew I was building LEADERS, I never knew I was building greatness. All the while I was working with the two of you,in various groups and committees, delegating roles to you and giving you assignments. Remember, you have the finest set of humans to lead and a lot of things to achieve in the shortest possible time. Every minute counts!!!! I pray to Allah who has decreed that you be chosen, as leaders, to grant you and your entire team excellence and positive impact better than what we have had in the past. Never forget the legacies of Amir Uthman, Amir Abulmujeeb, Amir Ahmad Oyefolahan, Amir Abdulkabir, Amir Mushafau, Amir Ahmad Abdulsalam and all others that have come(some I cant recall). See this as an ASSIGNMENT that is worth doing well for there are still bigger assignments to come. May Allah give you His SUPPORT. Verily, His SUPPORT is ever always SUFFICIENT. #YouAreNotAlone Jumah Mubaarak!
