In my perspective : Okay, maybe their see from efficiency of time, but you must know, framework are coming from community that make it happen, because of that, you just using their Code and give them like You can hack my system or they know how your system works. Im not say that using framework are bad habit, I also use framework but not as Main Platform but as Additional Things, also its makes us lazy to do more Killer stuff .
