Its that day again.. Kept it fairly basic today, pre-exhausting with leg extentions followed by legpresses before moving on to barbell squats and standing and lying legcurls, finishing with standing and legpress calfraises and 100 reps from the floor, alternating toe positions every 10 reps to top it off. all straight sets with rep-ranges 12-8 increasing weight every set and offcourse trying to come as close to failure as I can without risking injury. #trainwise
