Todays smoothie Hail Mary comes from my homie C-Pac from the West Coast Break yo self fool! 1 cup of carrots 1 cup of kidney beans 1 large tomato 1 chopped stick of celery Cup of green tea (optional, you can use ice or water also) As with all my smoothies, this one is rich in vital nutrients for energy required during the day and for training.
