Its that time again folks. We are leaving the old year and starting the new one. Resolutions are so easy to make and so hard to keep! I have a mental list going myself. They say it takes two weeks of doing something to become a habit. If we can do something good for our health for two weeks, theres a good chance we will stick to it! My own body is a wreck. Grieving for my son has taken a huge toll on my health and most of 2014 was a fog. Im sharing this link of ideas with you and if you too are thinking about some changes, it may give you just the inspiration to do something for yourself.
