Its that time of week again CINNAMON is open…and we have a lovely NEW MENU for you all. Crunchy cucumber, rocket salad with stir fried bacon and cherry tomatoes with a sweet chili sauce. Thai ground pork Lap Salad bla bla bla bla,,,you all know this stuff,, perennial Cinnamon favorite, summer, spring winter and autumn. Hot like yo mama. Panzanella. Tuscan bread and tomato salad. We use the very most basic version of this recipe, its tremendous and is also my favorite Cinnamon dish. Thai Green Chicken Curry. The old classic is back with us for a couple of weeks. Lovely tender chicken and fresh baby spinach leaves simmered in a coconut broth with our own hot green paste…..scrummmy. Thai Red Lentil and Spinach Vegetable Curry. Full of lovely healthy vegetables and bursting with hot and spicy Thai flavors. Thai Penang Fish Curry. Lovely boneless fish fillets cooked with our sweet, sour and hot Penang paste, so so good,,i could eat it everyday. Thai Beef and Potato Massaman Curry. Hearty and hot, the answer to all your end of summer blues. This curry is always the 1st to sell out on any given night….lovely.
