Its time to stop being a victim and to accept your power. You are the creator of reality. Only you can change your life! Connect to the Divine within by being thankful for all the beauty you see around you. I seek and find beauty all around me. As I take a slow and even breath, I give thanks for all I see today. In my minds eye, I see the colors that give me energy. I see the trees, flowers and other vegetation that are positive reminders of change and growth. I see the clouds and stars that decorate my sky. I give thanks for seeing the many faces that are the outer picture of peoples hearts. I imagine that I can easily open my eyes wider and wider to the beauty around me and add it to the beauty within me. I affirm that God is embracing me through this beauty. I combine these images with the feelings of joy and let them go, knowing that they will create the good things I am visualizing and thinking.
