It’s Sunday SITREP time… No cigar or liquor this week. Big - TopicsExpress

It’s Sunday SITREP time… No cigar or liquor this week. Big changes coming to this page so let us jump straight into the deep end. First and foremost we have had a major shift in personnel, while we bid farewell to one of our own we welcome one new one. So to ~False~ we wish you the best in life and thank you for making the site a success. He will still be on from time to time but Germany has slowed his ability to post, so he will remain a guest contributor. So as with all hail and farewells, while we say goodbye to good friends we hail and welcome the new ones. ~That Guy~ has officially joined the team, welcome brother and we are glad to have you on board! We will be looking for another new admin in the near future, so if you are interested start working on that bio now getting it ready for when the boss puts out the call. With the behind the scenes shifts going on packages went low this week, but we still went over 25 this week. You guys are awesome and there will be a lot to come this next week, especially with me on leave. So stay tuned. This week we gave a shoutout to our buds at Task Force Legion, if you haven’t checked them out go show them some love. Vets for Vets. This week we honored and remembered all of America’s Veterans. Personally I drug the family out in the freezing NYC cold to go to America’s parade. It was an experience to remember and something I will always treasure. I got to see the Ground Zero Flag and my son got to speak and say hi to SFC Pertry, which when I explained who he was my son was in complete shock. SFC Petry was very humble and actually got off the stopped float to approach my son and shake his hand. While I am sure he doesn’t follow our humble page, I just want to say thanks. You single handedly (no pun intended) made my son understand what honor and sacrifice truly mean. I hope when he is older he can look back on that moment. I know it meant a lot to me. The parade was awe-inspiring and a great experience. Truth be told I can’t do a Sunday SITREP it is all wrong, I promise I will not miss a Saturday one again. No cigar, no drink I am like an LT trying to do land nav, completely lost. You have come to the end and if you made it this far thank you. I hope this next week is great for you and if there is anything I can do for any of you let me know. This week for the sendoff I am going to change it up a bit and honor an entire division. To the 82nd Airborne Division, anywhere in the world in 18 hours is no small feat. Thank you for standing watch over America and to the “All American’s”… LET’S ROLL!!!!!!! Tonight’s watch is complete, End Of Tour 2215est. ~The Fuzz~
