It’s a good thing to be back again today , as I continue from where I stop yesterday . in my little year of learning ,have to come realize that one of causes of lack vision is holding to the past. holding to your past regret or past experience either ugly or beautiful reduce the level of productivity at workplace. past regret of abuse on your dignity might damped your vision for life if you dwell on it. Dwelling more on the error of the past will limit the scope of your positive response at work. You need to drop the hurt to soar easily. DEVELOP GOOD SELF IMAGE Developing self-image is another key to explore at workplace, your self-image must base on what you really want your life to become not the happenings around you. Your self-image is your self-esteem or self-concept, this is the feelings you have about yourself, your opinion or value, the judgment you have about yourself. Authenticity begins with self-awareness, knowing who you are, what your values, emotion and competences are .Self-image may not give accurate of who you’re, but how you perceive yourself to be .Having a healthy self-image is the key factor to be successful and happy at work place, our reaction is tied to what we believe about ourselves . positioning yourself as unqualified, insignificant, unattractive, inferior and inadequate will only affect your attitude directly or indirectly on your job .Please self-image is not physical body; it is more of your subconscious mind that controls your action and it reflect on what you do. Seeing yourself becoming the greatness you envision will help you pour the passion into your current activities which will foster your path to greatness.
