It’s that time (again!) friends. I need to find a NEW APARTMENT. Yes, in Toronto… I’m staying, for now (who would want to miss being part of that great upcoming election?) October 1st or thereabouts, preferably in the downtown west end, though Id consider moving north-ish to St Clair or east (crossing Yonge!?) for a really great place. One bedroom or studio/bachelors on the larger side would be fine. Id prefer no basements or shared spaces (been there, done that), but again, if it was a really *special* place, Id consider it. Of course, less expensive is better. ALSO IMPORTANT is a place where I can play some music — not too loud, but regularly. Id consider funky live/work spaces, apartments in houses, high-rises, etc. BONUS POINTS IF IT LOOKS LIKE IRON MANS HOUSE. Also… in case someone needs a house-sitter for October… I’d consider it!
