Ive Been hearing some interesting things since Friday so Id like to clear the air as to me leaving strange daze. I had a talk with Lisa several times about some things I thought needed to be addressed and that if we couldnt come to a mutual agreement I would have to leave. After several very professional conversions we had our final one that was less professional and more personal. At that point it was beyond the point of any form of agreement and was clear that I would be leaving and at the end of the conversation they added that they felt the same way so I did. As is I will be moving on to continue to do business the way I feel it should be done just as they will continue to do business the way that they feel it should be done. Simple and painless. I appreciate the concern and support and will be posting all the info on the new shops very soon. Thank you
