Ive asked for years, why in the hell is a government agency, especially one that is constantly whining about being broke, spending money on athletic sponsorships. Before you say the USPS is not the government, consider a few things-Look at their license plates, look at who actually makes and has to approve their rules, etc... and check out who is suing ol Lance. Perhaps the people should sue the USPS for fraudulent misappropriation of OUR monies...or do we sue the government??? : The Postal Service paid about $40 million to be the title sponsor of Armstrongs teams for six of his seven Tour de France victories...also know that they waste more money than this on a regular basis. The scanners, then the cell phones that track the carriers and now the GPS locators and theres more...
