Volt Is hosting a Fall Summer Job Fair for Call Director and Tech Positions at our VMC On-Site at Brooks City Base Open to All This Friday, 3 Oct 2014 -- 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Volt On-Site Office : 3300 Sidney Brooks Rd, Bldg 532, San Antonio, TX 78235 Required Qualifications: · Successful completion of Call Director/Tech training in the classroom and knowledge measure · Flexible to work various schedules, weekends, and holidays · Strong desire to solve problems and provide excellent customer service Roles and Responsibilities: · Responsible for handling non-technical-support and related questions (Call Director) or providing Tier I Technical Support (Technical Advisor) · Provide prompt, reliable and accurate solutions to support related questions while maintaining an effective communication · Responsible for ensuring call resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction · Achieve performance metrics as defined by Team Manager · Maintain a high level of customer service at all times · Positive communication with your team members and customers · Effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns · Contribute to other projects if requested · Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer’s experience · Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve the issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs, and help applications built into the programs · Communicate positively with team members, customer, and other leadership · Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Procedures · Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function · Understands and agrees to maintain all information security protocols for their role Required Skills/Knowledge: · Excellent customer service skills · Technical support experience/strong tech savvy is important for Technical Support role · Strong active listening skills · Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills · Passion for customer care · Good problem solving skills · User level knowledge of computer technology, personal computer, or other devices · Written and verbal fluency in the language group supported · Works well in a team environment · Strong ability to up sale products and / or services to improve customer experience Experience: · Experience in a customer service role and/or a call center background · Telemarketing/sales experience is also important, as our role requires a degree of up-selling our client’s products/promotions for the Call Director role Education: · High School Diploma or equivalent, and college is plus We are an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
