Ive been debating all day on wether or not I should post this since I dont, by any means, want to create any panic or Ill feelings, but I thought to myself...if this was my daughter/sister....every little bit of info will help....there is an extremely strong overwhelming smell of something thats deceased coming from over in the general area of colusa and sycamore st.
