Ive been feeling awful today and I was making excuses all day long about how I should just skip my workout and rest. My mind won the battle against my excuses though since I have trained it with consistency over the past couple of months. This is a big deal for me because it use to be that any little excuse would throw me off track! My workout wasnt pretty, but I got it done and what do you know...Im happy I did! No one ever regrets working out! #yearofnoexcuses
