Ive been scammed. I hired a company last week to clean my ducts, and they did anything but. Ive contacted the company for a refund but so far they are not responding. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to see about a chargeback through my credit card. I paid them $170 and when I pulled one of my ducts yesterday to see if they were truly cleaned, I found dirt, rags, hair, papers, change.....all sorts of things that should have been cleaned out when they did the duct cleaning. I made a youtube video of what I found in just one of my ducts. The company is called Fresh and Clean Duct and Carpet Cleaning. My $49 promotional price ended up costing me $168.90 when all was said and done, which I would have actually been fine with had the company done what they came to do. Please share this video and the contact information for this company. Call them, email them, be a big pain in their ass. Whatever you do, DONT BUY FROM THEM.
