Ive been thinking about the bigger picture and also about a line from Brian Browne Walkers superb distillation of the I Ching, hexagram 50, Ting (The Caldron) : The image of The Caldron concerns your inner thoughts : whatever you hold in the caldron of your mind is your offering to the Higher Power. The quality of assistance you receive from the universe is governed by the quality of your offering. That led me to look up some stuff and I came across some of this: People must learn to love themselves, and the only way they may love themselves is never to do what they will dislike themselves for. Behave only in a manner that you may love yourself for; behave only in a manner in which you would wish another to do toward you; do no action, thought or thing that you, in your soul and consciousness, cannot have self-respect for. When that begins, all will change. So the message seems to be if I want change, start with myself, even if its one cell at a time. OK. Lets go. x
