Ive been to the Taylor Wimpey Exhibition at Sowerby Bridge. The photo attached is the only real thing of interest from the meeting as far as Im concerned. As is usually the case the staff on hand were Ill prepared, not even able to answer to how many of the houses were 4 bedroomed or if it is planned to include play equipment on the green spaces for the family housing they are planning to build. Taylor Wimpeny were only interested in the section of the scheme they are building and even gave slightly mis-leading info when asked if any parking was to be provided for Lloyds staff We were initially told Loyds staff would be able to park as they do now. I pressed for confirmation of this and was then told they could park in the laybys. Terry Hooson you will be pleased to hear there is to be no consideration for your angling group, no extra available parking. Though I did ask about the North edge of the River in respect of fishing. Initially this was to have gardens down to the river but then access became an issue for maintenance. This leaves a path or walkway at the end of the gardens that I was told today would be accessible.
