Ive been training like a maniac since 1999. Ive taken notes of everything Ive done, how my body responds, the feedback from it and consequent muscle growth/fat loss/ body recomposition. After year 5 MOST people stagnate with their physique, I, however, have consistently reshaped, transformed and altered my symmetry and muscularity year after year. I do not bounce up and down in weight. I dont get fat during off seasons. I remember when I was competing and all competitors asked me whos training you?, whos your coach?. I never had a coach or a trainer for my fitness training. I am a thinker with my fitness. I dont follow other peoples protocols so it makes my own ones quite unique. My workouts are like a dance, choreographed to have a flow and rhythm. When most people consider their workout done, mine hasnt even started. Does my style require quite some stamina? Yes. You will burn a lot of fat from simply doing them. It outperforms ANY cardio routine you could ever do. My diet is also unique. Again, I thought and analyzed what the big issues are with being lean all year round. I found the weaknesses and found a solution: Fighter Diet.
