Ive been very sick this week. I have been tested by folks who literally have come to me to tell me their idea of facts pertaining to my motives and work. First of all, if youve only known me for a very brief period of time, dont claim you know why I do what I do. Furthermore, dont use a time in which you think Im weak to debate an area in which I know I havent failed you, but you are blameshifting because you messed up your part on the project. Trust. God strengthens me in weakness. His wisdom will then pour out of my mouth and correct impure motives. Some may call me a b@@@@, some may say Im a bit direct. I say its the courage and the true power of the Holy Spirit. Yes, I am a sinner, but my intentions come from my Lord and Savior. He made me an innate leader. In that I will challenge anyone who comes to me with ill-intent and unfair judgment. I cant be fake and play the corporate game. Either you practice real ethics to improve corporate culture or get checked playing games in the guise of false humility which produces hostile work environments. Yes, I am aware of code too. Its always a game of chess, never liked checkers.
