Ive got a 4-day backpacking trip in Yosemite coming up. Im planning on bringing 2 lenses, an 18-135mm f/3.5 (DX) for long range and either the 17-35mm or 14-24mm f/2.8 for landscapes (undecided as yet). Does anyone have any tips they can share about the logistical aspects of backpacking with camera gear? Im looking for the conventional wisdom on the subject, and thought some folks here might be able to share their experience and/or lessons learned. Thanks!
