Ive had a lot of messages and texts asking about Octobers 5 Day Clean Eating Group. Yes, it starts Monday and there is still time to join!!! I also wanted to take a second to explain that I do run a business. Yes, I offer these groups for free, but these plans are not just something that is already put together by someone else. My good friend and I spend many hours every month researching, testing, putting these plans together, and running the groups ALL FOR FREE. I even offer a prize, paid for out of my own pocket, to make this a friendly competition that is fun. I have had people tell me that I should charge for the meal plans, but I have decided thats not the direction I want to go. WHY? Because I truly want to help people achieve their goals and give a direction to people that feel lost with nutrition. I am not saying this to pat myself on the back, Im just letting you know that I do run a business and the membership that I have you sign up for to be in the group is for my FREE coaching. People want me to make exceptions for them because they just dont want to sign up for a membership or they already have a coach they are working with. I offer this group to my team of coaches and team members. Please understand I do want to help people, but you do need to sign up for the membership in order to get in the group. If you already have a coach, contact them to see what groups they offer. Thank you for understanding.
