Ive pulled down high temperatures for areas roughly north of Highway 30. The southern parts of the area still do have a risk of strong to severe storms this afternoon, mainly between 2 and 6 p.m. Hail, damaging winds, and a couple tornadoes are possible from the strongest storms. I want to point out that, IF any tornadoes form, they will not be like what happened in Arkansas last night. Stay weather-aware this afternoon - well be here for you. -JG
